SIRHA Lyon Chassieu

The "SIRHA Lyon" is an international trade fair focusing on the food industry, hospitality and catering services, the bakery and confectionery industry, the packaging industry, and gastronomy. The name "SIRHA" stands for "Salon International de la Restauration, de l'Hôtellerie et de l'Alimentation", which translates to "International Salon for Gastronomy, Hotel Industry, and Food". This fair takes place at Eurexpo Lyon in Chassieu and is held biennially.
