The name "SIRHA" stands for "Salon International de la Restauration, de l'Hôtellerie et de l'Alimentation," which translates to "International Salon for Gastronomy, Hotel Industry, and Food." This fair is held at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Convention and Exhibition Center in Budapest and takes place biennially.
The SIRHA Budapest is organized by Hungexpo Ltd., a leading company in the trade fair and event sector.
