SALIMATECH is an international food fair that takes place every two years in Brno, Czech Republic. The trade fair offers an overview of Czech and foreign food suppliers, technologies, equipment and facilities for food production, gastronomy, mills, bakeries and confectionery, as well as wholesale and food distribution. The International Packaging and Printing Fair EmbaxPrint completes the fair as a significant proportion of the packaging industry's packaging is supplied to the food industry.
The Salima Technology (SALIMATECH) takes place biennially, and therefore for the 31st time previsibly in February 2025 in Brno.
