SanaGrischa Merzig

SanaGrischa is a public and trade exhibition dedicated to health and holistic wellbeing. Held at the Titthof in Chur, it has established itself as a leading platform in south-eastern Switzerland for connection, inspiration and practical health solutions. The event is organised by Grisana GmbH, a company focused on health promotion, professional networking and the delivery of high-quality services in prevention and therapy.

SanaGrischa goes beyond showcasing products: it is designed to make health tangible and experiential. Visitors gain practical insights into how they can enhance their quality of life in sustainable ways – whether through new therapeutic approaches, innovative health products or personalised advisory services. The exhibition spans alternative and complementary therapies, coaching and consultancy, medical treatments, micronutrients and preventive health concepts. Expert lectures and keynote talks – for example on hypnotherapy, energy-based methods and holistic treatment models – facilitate informed knowledge exchange between practitioners and a health-conscious audience.

A clear illustration of the exhibition’s thematic depth is its focus on “Sleep and Regeneration”. Exhibitors present ergonomically tailored sleep systems comprising slatted bases, mattresses and pillows, alongside premium bedding such as duvets, mattress protectors and bed linen. The range is complemented by home textiles for the bedroom, bathroom and dining areas. Additional offerings include books, DVDs, information materials and professional training programmes, such as certification as an energy coach. Innovative applications, including so-called Super Patches in various formats and on-site VNS measurements, further broaden the portfolio. This combination of products, services and individual assessment enables visitors to engage with health topics in a direct and practical way.

Exhibitors represent fields including naturopathy, complementary medicine, therapy and coaching, health consultancy, sleep and ergonomic advisory services, nutritional supplementation, energy-based applications, as well as clinical and medical institutions.
