The event is held at the modern Tokyo Big Sight exhibition centre in Tokyo and takes place biennially, typically in spring. It is organised by Informa Markets Japan Co., Ltd., an experienced international exhibition organiser with a global network.

This year the Sea Japan takes place on 3 days from Wed., 22.04.2026 to Fri., 24.04.2026 in Tokyo already for the 16th time.
