The Semarang Food Beverage & Chef Festival (FBCF) is the leading trade fair for food, beverages, and gastronomy in Central Java, held annually. Organized by PT. Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur (WAKENI), the event takes place at the Muladi Dome of the Diponegoro University Convention Center in Semarang, bringing together key players from across Indonesia’s food and beverage industry. More than just a business hub, the festival also serves as a cultural showcase for Indonesia’s rich culinary diversity, creativity, and spirit of innovation.
FBCF goes beyond the concept of a traditional trade show.
