In addition, “Parizza” provides a dedicated, closely integrated area for Italian-inspired snack and catering concepts, with a strong emphasis on pizza and pasta solutions. The event is primarily targeted at operators of quick-service restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and chain catering businesses, as well as catering companies, hoteliers, retailers, petrol station and travel retail operators, investors and franchisors.
