With its unique combination of career opportunities and gaming action, the Talentgame – The Career Fair for True Gamechangers in Chemnitz is redefining the standard of a modern recruiting event. Every year, this interactive education fair captivates pupils and students with its fresh approach. Instead of traditional booths, participants can look forward to a full day of playful encounters, personal conversations, and real opportunities – right in the vibrant city center of Chemnitz, at Galerie Roter Turm above the CineStar cinema.

The organizer, TAG24 NEWS Deutschland GmbH in Chemnitz, ensures that young talents enjoy genuine added value in a relaxed atmosphere – with free admission. Pupils and students aged 12 and older are warmly welcome, while children under 12 are not permitted.

In a playful way, visitors can expand their networks while discovering new career paths. Around 20 locally rooted exhibitors give visitors the chance to interact directly with trainers, apprentices, and employees, offering valuable insights into apprenticeships, degree programs, and job opportunities.

What makes the fair especially stand out is its interactive character: gaming stations such as Mario Kart or VR elements create a charming icebreaker for conversations. Those who play diligently can take part in challenges and quests to win prizes like loot bags or even a PlayStation 5. Elevator pitch battles, live coachings, and panel discussions on topics such as "Start-up or Corporation?" or "Influencer: Profession, Calling, or Bubble?" provide further valuable impulses. These are complemented by keynotes, interviews, and workshops on applications, job interviews, and new career worlds.
