TIBO – the International Forum and Exhibition on Information and Communication Technologies – is the leading trade fair for the ICT sector in Belarus and is recognized as the country’s most prominent showcase for technological innovation. Since its inception in 1994, it has established itself as a key platform for exchange between business, politics, and technology. The exhibition takes place annually at the Falcon Club Arena in the heart of Minsk – a modern venue with high-quality infrastructure and an ideal location for international industry events.
TIBO is organized by Belinterexpo, the national exhibition operator of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With extensive experience in hosting international trade fairs, Belinterexpo ensures that TIBO consistently delivers a high-caliber platform for innovation, networking, and knowledge exchange.
The event is exclusively aimed at trade visitors and business professionals from Belarus and abroad. With a clear focus on information and communication technologies, it covers a wide and up-to-date range of topics. Core areas include telecommunications, network technologies, software development, digitalization, IT security, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and modern applications in e-government, smart cities, and fintech. From 5G infrastructure and blockchain technologies to intelligent transport systems, TIBO offers deep insights into the digital transformation of business, government, and urban life.
One of the fair’s distinguishing features is its thematic diversity. It appeals not only to traditional IT and telecommunications companies but also to financial service providers, suppliers of office and collaboration solutions, and representatives of public institutions. The exhibition showcases technologies such as digital payment systems, mobile banking solutions, fiber-optic technologies, document management systems, and video conferencing tools – all of which play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, security, and connectivity across society and the economy.
What sets TIBO apart is its strong regional relevance combined with growing international reach. Companies, government officials, and professionals from Belarus, the post-Soviet region, and increasingly from Western Europe and Asia, use the fair to present innovations, build partnerships, and access new markets. Over the past three decades, TIBO has become a reliable guide to digital future trends – with the ambition of delivering solutions today for the challenges of tomorrow.
The Tibo takes place annually, and therefore for the thirty-second time previsibly in June 2026 in Minsk.
