VIETBUILD HOME Phase 5 Ho Chi Minh City

The VIETBUILD HCMC, a prestigious trade fair in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is dedicated to the construction, real estate, and interior design industries. This annual event is divided into five phases to highlight different segments and focuses of the industry. It provides a platform for national and international participants—including architects, engineers, construction contractors, real estate developers, building material manufacturers, and interior decorators—to showcase their latest products, technologies, and services. These include building materials, electrical and plumbing systems, security technology, air conditioning, lighting, paints, furniture, and decorative items.

The phased structure of the fair allows for an organized presentation and gives visitors a better overview of the various aspects of the industry.

The focus of the first phase is on building materials, technologies, and machinery, including materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, glass, and wood, as well as insulation materials and construction machinery.

The second phase concentrates on electrical and plumbing systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including piping systems, lighting, air conditioners, heating systems, and security technology.

The third phase highlights interior design and decoration, featuring furniture, decorative items, paints, wallpapers, flooring, textiles, and kitchen equipment.

The fourth phase deals with real estate development, planning, and architecture, covering topics such as project development, real estate financing, construction law, environmental aspects, and sustainable building.

The fifth and final phase focuses on interior and exterior decoration, machinery equipment, gifts, and household appliances.

Besides product presentations, VIETBUILD includes a comprehensive program of seminars and economic forums with experts and features ceremonial awards for outstanding achievements in the fields of construction and architecture. The division into different phases allows the fair to cover a wide range of topics and areas of expertise. Phases one and four are held at the Phu Tho Indoor Sports Stadium, while phases two, three, and five take place at the Sky Expo Vietnam International Conference Exhibition Center, enabling targeted and structured presentations.

The VIETBUILD HOME Phase 5 will take place on 5 days from Wednesday, 18. December to Sunday, 22. December 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.
