The "VIETBUILD HANOI  - PHASE 1" is an international trade exhibition in Vietnam covering construction, building materials, transportation, lighting equipment, real estate, industrial machinery and equipment, and interior and exterior decoration. The exhibition addresses activities related to the planning, construction, equipping, operation, and finishing of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities, as well as real estate development and property-related services. It functions as a platform for trade-related presentation, professional exchange, and business contacts across construction-, industrial-, and property-related sectors.

The exhibition is organized as a multi-sector event with a primary business-to-business focus. Exhibitors present products, technologies, and solutions used in construction projects, industrial production, transportation systems, building operation, and real estate development. Displayed offerings include construction and structural materials, industrial machinery and equipment, lighting and electrical systems, transportation-related products and services, interior and exterior decoration solutions, and real estate projects for residential, commercial, or mixed-use applications.

The exhibition takes place at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC), located on Cau Tu Lien Street, Dong Anh Ward, 136000, Hanoi City; which is situated near Noi Bai International Airport and is accessible by taxi, ride-hailing services, private vehicles, and public bus routes. The exhibition center offers on-site and nearby parking areas for cars, motorcycles, and exhibition vehicles and includes indoor exhibition halls, technical infrastructure for exhibitions, and designated loading and unloading areas.
