VIETBUILD Phase 2 Ho Chi Minh City

VIETBUILD Phase 2 is a renowned trade fair in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, which focuses on the construction, real estate, and interior design industry. It is held annually in four phases and attracts national and international visitors and exhibitors from the construction industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, real estate developers, building material manufacturers, and interior designers. The trade fair serves as a platform for companies and professionals to showcase their latest products, technologies, and services in the fields of construction, architecture, interior design, and decoration. These include building materials, electrical and plumbing systems, security technology, air conditioning, lighting, paint, furniture, and decorative items. VIETBUILD is divided into four phases to cover different focuses and sub-sectors of the construction, real estate, and interior design industry. This phase structure allows the trade fair to be organized in an orderly way and provide visitors with a better overview of the different aspects of the industry. The first phase focuses on building materials, technologies, and machinery, including concrete, steel, brick, glass, wood, insulation materials, and various types of construction machinery. The second phase focuses on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, including piping systems, lighting, air conditioning, heating systems, and security technology. In the third phase, the emphasis is on interior design and decoration, such as furniture, decorative items, paint, wallpaper, flooring, textiles, and kitchen equipment. The fourth phase deals with real estate development, planning, and architecture, including project development, real estate financing, construction law, environmental aspects, and sustainable construction. By dividing into phases, VIETBUILD can cover a broad spectrum of topics and disciplines relevant to the entire construction industry. The first and fourth phases are held at the Sky Expo Vietnam International Exhibition Convention Center, while the two middle phases are held at the VISKY EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center.

The VIETBUILD Phase 2 will take place on 5 days from Wednesday, 25. June to Sunday, 29. June 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.
