Vietfood & Beverage is an annual international trade fair focused on the food and beverage industry. It has been held every year since its inception in 2000. The name of the fair is an acronym; "Viet" represents Vietnam, while "food & beverage" denotes the industries the event serves. Vinexad, a renowned trade promotion company in Vietnam, organizes this event at the SECC Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest city. The event takes place each August. The main goal of Vietfood & Beverage is to showcase a wide range of products and services from the food and beverage industry. This includes everything from food, beverages, and dietary supplements, to the latest in food processing techniques and packaging solutions. A key characteristic of this fair is the high level of professionalism and the diversity of its visitors. Exhibitors represent various sectors, such as food and beverage manufacturing, food processing, hospitality, and catering. Visitors are professionals involved in distribution, food processing, hotel management, catering, as well as agents involved in marketing these products. Vietfood & Beverage is part of a larger series of events that also take place in Hanoi. It runs concurrently with ProPack Vietnam, creating significant synergies and providing a comprehensive view of the entire food and beverage industry, from raw materials to packaging, all under one roof.
