Vietnam Foodtech is the leading international trade fair for food products, processing technologies, machinery, equipment, and high-tech solutions within Vietnam’s rapidly growing food and beverage industry. Held annually at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, the event brings together industry, technology, and commerce under one roof.
Organized by the GLOBAL EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (GLOEX) in collaboration with Informa Markets, the trade fair is specifically geared towards professionals in food production, mechanical engineering, packaging technology, quality management, and research and development.
Vietnam Foodtech stands out for its thematic depth and regional relevance. The focus is on technological innovations for food and beverage manufacturing – from advanced machinery and automated processing systems to smart packaging solutions, sustainable hygiene concepts, and microbiological quality control. Key emphasis is placed on forward-looking technologies such as digitalization, automation, robotics, and traceability – all essential to ensuring quality, safety, and global competitiveness.
In addition, Vietnam Foodtech serves as a platform for green innovation. Sustainable materials, vegan product labeling, resource-efficient production methods, and circular economy solutions shape the exhibitor offerings and reflect the transformation of Vietnam’s food sector.
Exhibitors represent a wide range of industries – from plant and mechanical engineering to food manufacturing, logistics, laboratory services, software solutions, and environmental technologies. The main attendees include decision-makers, buyers, developers, and production managers from the F&B industry, as well as investors and importers seeking business opportunities in the Southeast Asian market.
Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the SECC offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, excellent accessibility via Tan Son Nhat International Airport, and a wide selection of nearby accommodations. This makes Vietnam Foodtech more than just a trade fair – it is a key business hub for everyone looking to shape the future of food technology in Asia.
The Vietnam Foodtech in Ho Chi Minh City took place from Wednesday, 21. October to Friday, 23. October 2026.
