The Warsaw Housing Fair, known in Polish as “Warszawskie Targi Mieszkań”, is a trade fair dedicated to residential property, including flats, houses and other real estate opportunities across Warsaw and the wider Warsaw metropolitan area. The event takes place at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, and is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o.o. This modern exhibition and congress centre is one of the leading event venues in the Polish capital region.
The Warsaw Housing Fair focuses on the residential property market in the rapidly growing Warsaw metropolitan area. Bringing together property listings, financing options and services related to property acquisition, the event enables trade visitors to compare flats, houses and plots directly in terms of price, location, specifications, transport links and financing. The properties on display range from new-build flats and houses to existing homes, building plots and residential developments in the Warsaw suburbs. The exhibition is complemented by professional services covering estate agency, mortgages and property finance, insurance, legal and tax advice, property surveys and technical inspections, as well as the planning and completion of property transactions.
Beyond property acquisition itself, the fair provides a comprehensive overview of the planning, fitting out and design of modern homes. Its scope ranges from interior design, renovation and fit-out services to smart-home systems, PropTech solutions and energy-efficient technologies. It also covers topics such as building plots, planning regulations, house design, infrastructure, mobility and quality of life. This gives visitors a broad overview of different housing options while allowing them to compare locations across Warsaw and its surrounding areas.
Warsaw itself plays a central role in shaping the fair’s profile. As Poland’s largest city and the centre of an extensive metropolitan area, Warsaw has a substantial residential property market supported by ongoing urban and transport infrastructure development. The Warsaw Housing Fair therefore covers not only properties within the capital but also houses, residential developments and plots in the surrounding areas. Key considerations such as commuting times, transport links and local infrastructure are also taken into account, providing a practical overview of the various opportunities for living and investing throughout the Warsaw metropolitan area.
On the exhibitor side, the fair is aimed particularly at property developers, housebuilders and estate agents, mortgage and insurance specialists, legal and advisory service providers, architects and interior fit-out specialists, as well as suppliers of smart-home, energy and PropTech solutions. Its professional audience includes representatives from the property, construction, finance, architecture and interior design sectors, alongside investors and others professionally involved in the acquisition, financing, development or fit-out of residential property. A key strength of the event is its ability to bring these different areas together. From finding a suitable flat, house or building plot to arranging finance and legal advice, planning the project and completing the interior fit-out, many stages of a property project can be addressed in one place.
Direct contact with market participants, individual professional advice and the opportunity to compare specific property offers are central to the event. At the same time, the fair provides insights into current developments and solutions for modern, comfortable and energy-efficient living.
With its clear focus on the Warsaw metropolitan property market, the Warsaw Housing Fair provides a compact information and business platform bringing together property opportunities, financing, professional advice, planning and modern residential technologies. Ptak Warsaw Expo is located in Nadarzyn, south-west of central Warsaw, and is easily accessible by car via the capital region’s main road network. Public transport connections are also available between Warsaw and Nadarzyn and the exhibition centre, making it possible to reach the venue without a car.
The first edition and therefore the premiere of the Warsaw Housing Fair takes place on 3 days from Fri., 11.12.2026 to Sun., 13.12.2026 in Nadarzyn.
