Warsaw Industry Automatica is Poland’s largest and most prominent trade fair dedicated to industrial automation and robotics. It was established as an independent event in 2022, having previously been part of the renowned Warsaw Industry Week as a thematic segment.
The event is held annually at the PTAK Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, a modern suburb of Warsaw. As the largest exhibition and conference center in Central and Eastern Europe, the venue offers ideal conditions for large-scale technological events. The fair is organized by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o. o., a seasoned event organizer recognized for its in-depth industry expertise and commitment to high-quality professional exhibitions.
At the heart of Warsaw Industry Automatica are technological innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability in industrial production. The event covers a broad spectrum of topics—from automation and robotics to control systems, sensor technology, drive systems, and cutting-edge industrial electronics. A key area of focus is the integration of artificial intelligence into automated processes, aimed at boosting efficiency, reducing error rates, and enabling predictive maintenance. Emerging communication standards such as Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and the impact of 5G on industrial connectivity are also explored in depth. The green transformation of industry is gaining increasing importance, with energy-efficient technologies and sustainable production solutions taking center stage.
The exhibition is complemented by intelligent logistics systems designed to automate warehousing and supply chains, alongside a comprehensive program of conferences and workshops. Industry professionals present practical solutions, including safe integration of robots into existing production environments. In addition to the main event, specialized satellite fairs such as Pneumatics Warsaw and Robotics Warsaw provide a deeper look into specific technological niches.
Exhibitors represent sectors such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, logistics, and research and development—ranging from innovative start-ups to global corporations. The audience primarily consists of engineers, production managers, manufacturing decision-makers, system integrators, developers, and technicians, all seeking targeted solutions for the digital transformation of their operations.
The PTAK Warsaw Expo benefits from a strategically advantageous location—just 20 minutes from downtown Warsaw and easily accessible by car, shuttle service, or public transport. With its modern infrastructure, spacious exhibition halls, and its role as a leading technological trade fair venue in Poland, it provides the perfect platform for shaping the future of industry.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 14. May to 16. May 2024, about 12402 visitors from 53 countries on the Warsaw Industry Automatica in Nadarzyn.
The Warsaw Industry Automatica takes place for the 5th time on 3 days from Tue., 12.05.2026 to Thur., 14.05.2026 in Nadarzyn.
