Wine Expo Poland is an internationally oriented trade fair for wine and spirits, held annually in the Polish capital, Warsaw, since its inception in 2015. Organized by Polskie Biuro Numizmatyczne, this key industry event takes place at the modern DTBJ Warsaw Exhibition Center – a strategically located venue with excellent connections to public transport and Warsaw Chopin International Airport.
As a specialized trade fair, Wine Expo Poland brings together national and international stakeholders from the wine and spirits industry under one roof. From traditional wineries and emerging niche producers to leading importers and distributors, the expo offers a high-level platform for presentation, networking, and business development. In addition to fine wines, the event showcases market-ready innovations, distribution and logistics services, packaging solutions, and digital tools tailored to the wine sector.
Trade visitors – including sommeliers, representatives from the HoReCa sector, retailers, wholesalers, international trade agencies, and restaurateurs – meet with precisely the right partners to expand their portfolios or strengthen their market position in Poland’s dynamically growing wine industry. With a population of around 38 million, Poland has seen steady growth in wine consumption for years, making it a highly promising market for producers from around the world.
A significant added value comes from the comprehensive supporting program, which addresses current industry trends, consumer interests, quality standards, and expert knowledge – delivered through masterclasses, seminars, conferences, and tastings. Visitors have the opportunity to engage directly with producers, sample a wide range of wines, and deepen their expertise.
Running alongside the main fair, the Warsaw Oil Festival further expands business potential – especially for exhibitors also offering premium olive oils. This synergy is particularly valuable for producers from the Mediterranean region, providing an additional entry point into the Polish market.
A standout highlight of the event is the international wine competition “Wine Expo Poland AWARDS”, where a panel of experts and consumers jointly select the best wines across various categories. Award-winning products benefit from increased visibility and receive a recognized quality seal – a strategic asset for brand positioning both in Poland and internationally.
The venue – DTBJ Warsaw Exhibition Center – is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport or car. Warsaw itself is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with growing international relevance, a dynamic culinary scene, and a market eager for new taste experiences.
Wine Expo Poland is far more than a conventional trade fair – it is a platform for innovation, networking, and market expansion in one of Europe’s most exciting growth markets.
The Wine Expo Poland will take place on 2 days from Friday, 20. February to Saturday, 21. February 2026 in Warsaw.
