art.baden – International Art Fair at the Casino Baden is a standout summer event for contemporary art in the heart of Lower Austria.

Organised by ARGE Kunstmesse Baden in close collaboration with the renowned Galerie Breyer, the fair positions itself as a curated platform for contemporary visual art, enriched by targeted art-historical perspectives. Exhibits are selected through a rigorous curatorial process, with each gallery presentation highlighting a distinct thematic or stylistic focus – ranging from emerging contemporary practices to classical modernism and established positions in the art market.

What sets art.baden apart is its deliberate interplay of artistic discourse, historical awareness and social engagement. Curated artist statements and accompanying discussion formats offer in-depth insights into current artistic developments, transforming the fair into more than just a marketplace or exhibition – it becomes a space for reflection and exchange.
