The "beruf & bildung" in Lübeck is a forward-looking education and career fair that offers valuable guidance and prospects to young people and career starters. It was launched in 2026 and is aimed at pupils, students, graduates, as well as career changers who are seeking apprenticeships, dual study programs, internships, or direct entry opportunities. The name "beruf & bildung" highlights the close connection between professional careers and personal development.
The fair takes place annually at KULTURWERFT GOLLAN. The organizer is BARLAG werbe- & messeagentur GmbH, which has been successfully organizing career fairs in Germany for decades. The "beruf & bildung" is part of a nationwide event series and has established itself as an important platform for career orientation.
A key element of the fair is its hands-on offerings: companies from various industries present their training and study opportunities, professionals provide information about current labor market trends, and experts offer individual career counseling. Visitors can have their application documents reviewed directly on site or get professional application photos taken — valuable support for their next career step.
The supporting program includes specialist lectures, interactive workshops, and live demonstrations. MesseScouts ensure structured orientation, while networking opportunities with employers and educational institutions enable valuable contacts. Particularly noteworthy are industry-specific focus areas that specifically cover professions in skilled trades, industry, the service sector, as well as commercial and IT fields.
The "beruf & bildung" in Lübeck is more than just an information platform — it serves as a springboard into the professional future. Through close cooperation with the regional economy in Schleswig-Holstein, it promotes exchange between companies and young talents and makes an important contribution to securing skilled workers.
Visitors and exhibitors meet for the 2nd time on the beruf & bildung on 2 days from Sat., 11.09.2027 to Sun., 12.09.2027 in Lübeck.
