The Erkelenz Construction Fair, which was held as an independent construction fair until 2024, has now been restructured and will become bonCASA. This trade and public fair will be expanded to include the areas of "Living" and "Interior" in addition to the existing subject areas of "Construction", "Energy" and "Finance".
The fair is held annually in the Erkelenz town hall and on Franziskaner Platz. The Erkelenz town hall offers a spacious exhibition area and modern facilities, while Franziskaner Platz serves as an attractive outdoor area for exhibitions and presentations. Both locations are easily accessible and contribute to a pleasant trade fair experience.
The organizer of the Erkelenz Construction Fair is mdcp Messen & Marketing GmbH & Co. KG, which specializes in organizing events, trade fairs and live marketing events.
The trade fair sectors include construction, real estate, horticulture, energy efficiency, interior design and smart home technologies.
