The vocatium Berlin II + Havelregion is an education and career guidance fair held annually. Since its founding in 2008, the fair has been organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development, which specializes in individual career guidance and continuing education. The IfT Institute for Talent Development hosts the vocatium fairs not only in Falkensee but also at many other locations throughout Germany. These fairs are part of a nationwide network focused on individual career and study guidance for schoolchildren and young people. Their unique concept of scheduled meetings has been well received at more than 80 locations across Germany. The main topics are education, career guidance, studies, training, and continuing education, with representatives from companies, universities, and institutions from various sectors present. The fair focuses on personal consultations, information booths, and presentations that assist visitors with their career orientation. A highlight is the "speed dating" with potential employers and educational institutions, which gives participants the opportunity to quickly make many interesting contacts. The vocatium trade fair in Falkensee has established itself as one of the leading events of its kind in Germany and has become an important meeting place for schoolchildren, students, career starters, and employers. Held in the Falkensee town hall, the vocatium trade fair offers a proven platform for individual career guidance with diverse opportunities for personal development and networking.
The vocatium Berlin II + Havel region will take place on 2 days from Wednesday, 24. September to Thursday, 25. September 2025 in Berlin.
