vocatium Harz is an annual career fair focused on education, training, and professional development. It is based on a unique concept in Germany: scheduled, well-prepared one-on-one meetings between young people exploring career options and representatives from businesses, universities, and institutions. The event is organized by IfT Institut für Talententwicklung GmbH, a nationwide educational service provider specializing in the individual support of young people.

The fair takes place at the Harzlandhalle in Ilsenburg, a modern venue located in the heart of the Harz region. It offers ideal conditions for personal conversations and focused exchanges.
