vocatium Sinsheim is a specialized trade fair focused on education and career opportunities, held annually at the Dr.-Sieber-Halle and organized by the renowned IfT Institute for Talent Development GmbH. Founded in 2008, the institute specializes in personalized career guidance and continuing education. As a key location, vocatium Sinsheim is part of the well-established nationwide vocatium fair network, which takes place in over 80 cities each year. These events are designed to support students in their penultimate and final years of school (grades 10 to 13) in planning their professional and academic futures.

A defining feature of vocatium is its unique concept of scheduled one-on-one meetings between students and representatives from companies and universities.
