The Vocatium Fair, a leading event for educational and career orientation, is held annually at the Steigerwaldstadion in Erfurt. Located in the Löbervorstadt area in the south of Erfurt, the stadium offers ample space for the numerous exhibitors and participants. Thanks to its central location, the Steigerwaldstadion is easily accessible by both public transport and car. Since its inception in 2008, the fair has been organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development, a specialist in individual career orientation and continuing education. In addition to Erfurt, the IfT Institute organizes Vocatium Fairs at numerous other locations across Germany as part of a nationwide network dedicated to personal career and study orientation for students and young people. The fair's innovative concept of pre-arranged appointments has proven successful at more than 80 locations in Germany. Key topics include education, career orientation, study, training, and further education, with representatives from companies, universities, and various industry institutions. The fair focuses on personal counseling sessions, information booths, and presentations for career orientation. A special highlight is the "speed dating" with potential employers and educational institutions, which enables visitors to quickly and efficiently make valuable contacts. As one of the most successful events of its kind in Germany, the Vocatium Fair has become an important meeting place for students, graduates, career starters, and employers, offering a platform for individual career orientation, personal development, and networking.
