The IfT Institute for Talent Development organizes the vocatium fairs not only in Dessau-Roßlau but also in many other locations throughout Germany. They are part of a nationwide network focusing on individual career and study orientation for students and young people. The unique fair concept, featuring scheduled conversations, has successfully been implemented in more than 80 locations across Germany.
