BEIJING ESSEN WELDING & CUTTING (BEWC) is China’s leading international trade fair for welding and cutting technologies. Held annually, the event alternates between the high-tech metropolises of Shanghai—at the modern Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)—and Shenzhen, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

Exclusively open to trade visitors, BEWC targets industry professionals from the automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, energy, and plant engineering sectors, as well as from the broader metalworking industry. The trade fair is organized by Messe Essen GmbH in close collaboration with the prestigious Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES).
