Bakery Showcase Montreal

The Bakery Showcase is a regional trade fair and conference for the bakery and confectionery industry in Canada. It takes place annually and rotates among the three Canadian cities of Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Ovens, dough kneading machines, dough portioners, cooling and freezing systems, bread and cake cutting machines are also showcased. A variety of packaging solutions for bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods, including eco-friendly and sustainable options, are also featured. The fair also provides solutions for decoration and presentation, cleaning, disinfection, and food safety in the bakery and confectionery industry, as well as design and planning of bakeries and confectioneries, and marketing and sales support. The focus is on innovation, sustainability, and quality. Highlights of the event include product demonstrations, expert lectures, and workshops, where leading experts share their knowledge.
