The best-known and most important dental trade fair worldwide is the International Dental Show (IDS), which takes place every two years in Cologne, Germany. The IDS is the largest and most renowned dental technology trade fair in the world and attracts more than 2,000 exhibitors and over 130,000 visitors every year. Other well-known dentistry trade fairs are the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, the New York Dental Meeting, the California Dental Association Spring Scientific Session, and the European Dental Trade Fair (EDS) in Vienna.
