The EMV in Cologne and Stuttgart, Europe's leading event in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), is a central forum for experts, researchers and product developers who are concerned with minimizing electromagnetic interference in electronic devices and systems. Since its founding in 1988, the trade fair has developed into an important meeting place for the industry. Under the motto "Creating a compatible future", the event is unique in its kind and takes place alternately in Cologne and Stuttgart each year. Organized by Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH, the EMV trade fair attracts more than 100 international exhibitors who present a wide range of products and services. These include advanced measurement and testing technologies, filters and filter components, shielding systems, shielding materials, control cabinet components, mechatronics, radio as well as services in the field of accreditation and certification.
A highlight of the trade fair is the congress and workshops, where leading experts share their knowledge of current topics, innovations and fundamentals in EMC. This enables a valuable exchange of knowledge and offers further training opportunities for participants. In addition to the exhibition, congress and workshops, the EMV supporting program also includes free product presentations and specialist lectures, which are offered in a specially designated forum.
The event offers an ideal platform for exhibitors and visitors to network, initiate business and exchange information on the latest developments and trends in the EMC industry. With its long history, international participation and extensive range of products, the EMC trade fair is an indispensable event for professionals from product development, application and research in the EMC sector.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 12. March to 14. March 2024, about 111 exhibitors and 2538 visitors on the EMV in Cologne.
The EMV in Stuttgart took place from Tuesday, 25. March to Thursday, 27. March 2025.
