F Istanbul – Food & Technology Exhibition is Turkey’s most comprehensive international trade fair dedicated to food, beverages, and the technologies involved in their processing and packaging. Held annually at the Istanbul Expo Center in the vibrant district of Yeşilköy, the fair was established in 2022 and is organized by So Fuar. It is exclusively open to trade professionals from the retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

With a strong focus on innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry, the exhibition serves as a premier platform for networking, business development, and insights into current market trends. Its extensive range of topics includes fresh and frozen foods, meat, poultry, and seafood products, bakery items, snacks, confectionery, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
