GastroPan is an international trade fair specialising in bakeries, food service providers and the hospitality industry. At the fair, trade visitors can discover everything related to quality and innovation - from raw materials to finished products, from dough machines to ovens. The exhibition showcases the latest trends, equipment and raw materials for mills, bakeries, bistros, hotels, restaurants, bars or cafés. The programme of the fair includes numerous shows and practical demonstrations. GastroPan is an important factor for the growth of national and European policy measures and attracts the interest of Romanian and foreign investors.

The GastroPan takes place annually, and therefore for the 16th time previsibly in March 2025 in Braşov.
