IBIE Las Vegas

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is the largest and most influential trade show for grain-based food products in the Western Hemisphere. It serves as the central meeting point for the global baking industry—and is far more than just a traditional trade event.

Every three years, the international baking community gathers at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) to help shape the future of baking. Covering an exhibition area of approximately 40,000 square meters, IBIE provides a major platform for innovation, education, and economic advancement.

The event is organized by the leading industry associations: the American Bakers Association (ABA), BEMA, and the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). This alliance brings together the full spectrum of industrial and artisan baking, with the shared goal of consolidating expertise, strengthening networks, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

IBIE addresses all key segments of the modern baking sector—from production and packaging technology to innovative ingredients, hygiene solutions, digitally controlled processes, and logistics applications. A central focus of the event is the IBIEducate program, which is dedicated to the industry’s current challenges and future priorities. The Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie brings together top bakery teams from across the region to compete in a range of disciplines. The World Bread Awards USA honor outstanding bread creations across numerous categories. Artistic cake design is also celebrated in a dedicated competition featuring wedding cakes, fondant work, sculpted cakes, and buttercream artistry.

Exhibitors represent fields including mechanical engineering, ingredient manufacturing, packaging development, logistics, and process technology. Attendees come primarily from industrial and artisan bakeries, as well as from retail, foodservice, hospitality, product development, and grocery sectors.
