The "Meat and Poultry Industry Russia" is a leading international trade fair focusing on the entire value chain of the meat and poultry industry. Since its inception in 2001, it has become an important meeting point for industry experts. Held annually at the Timiryazev Exhibition Centre in Moscow, the fair attracts professional visitors from Russia, the CIS states, the Middle East, and Europe.
The fair is organized by the Asti Group Exhibition Company, which provides a platform to showcase the latest technologies and services ranging from feed production and breeding to meat and egg processing, packaging, and logistics. Key topics include animal health, breeding techniques, agricultural equipment, bioenergy, as well as finished and semi-finished products, ingredients, and additives for meat products, and IT technologies.
A highlight of the event is the "Meat Battle", a platform for the presentation and culinary evaluation of foods produced in Russia. Concurrently, the Russian Agricultural Policy Summit takes place, addressing issues of food safety and quality.
