MetalComp China Shanghai

"MetalComp China," an international trade fair for metal forming parts, originated from the "ChinaForge Fair" and was first held in 2007 as part of "MetalForm China". It serves as a central platform for showcasing forging, stamping, and sheet metal products, and is the only event of its kind worldwide. The organizer, the Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI), significantly promotes the industry and its innovations through this fair.

The fair takes place annually at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. The main themes include forged parts, stamped and pressed parts, as well as sheet metal parts and their processing. It covers a wide range of products and services from various sectors, including automotive manufacturing, alternative drive technologies, construction machinery, smelting and rolling mills, and many others.

The fair also features specialized processes such as aluminum alloy forging, brass forging, titanium alloy forging, and radial forging. The event is closely linked to the local economy in Shanghai, a leading industrial and technological center in China, which fosters international trade and exchange.
