They include restoration and heritage conservation companies, specialist workshops for stained glass, pipe organs and sacred art, construction firms, architectural practices, interior designers, manufacturers of church furniture and liturgical fittings, suppliers of lighting, audio, video and streaming technology, companies specialising in energy and building services engineering, software developers, security and fire protection specialists, financial and consultancy firms, as well as organisations involved in pilgrimage and religious tourism.

Key visitor groups include representatives of parishes, dioceses, bishoprics, religious orders, church foundations and pilgrimage centres.
