The Salon des Vins des Vignerons Indépendants, in English "Wine Fair of the Independent Winemakers," takes place annually in Strasbourg and is organized by the Vignerons Indépendants de France, Paris. It also takes place at other locations. Here, you will find a wide range of wines from independent winemakers from different wine regions such as Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy-Beaujolais, Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence-Corsica, South-West Armagnac, Loire Valley-Vendée, and Rhône Valley. Wine-tasting sessions are also offered, wherein experts explain the rules of tasting, varietal terms, and responsible consumption.
