Trade Shows for Raw Materials – Appointments from November 2026

Raw materials are also referred to as natural resources, primary materials, or ores. Commodity fairs are events organized specifically for the trade of raw materials. They offer participants the opportunity to learn about new developments and trends in the raw material market and to make new business deals. Key topics addressed at a commodity fair include price developments, technological advancements, and new investment opportunities. Commodity fairs vary in focus, location, duration, and target audience. Some fairs concentrate on a specific segment of raw materials, while others cover a wide range of raw materials. Some fairs are organized by companies or industry organizations and target a specific audience (e.g., investors, manufacturers, traders), while others are open to all interested parties. Some of the most well-known and significant commodity fairs worldwide include MINExpo INTERNATIONAL, the CHINA MINING Congress and Expo, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) in Toronto, and the International Conference on Non-ferrous Metals (ICNFM).
