The UzFood is an international trade fair for food and beverages, which takes place annually in Tashkent. It is the largest and most important event of its kind in Central Asia, providing a platform for local and international companies to present their products and services to the food and beverage industry. The organizer is Iteca Exhibitions, a subsidiary of the ITE Group. The fair attracts exhibitors and visitors from various sectors of the food industry, including manufacturers, importers, exporters, retailers, restaurateurs, and food technologists.

The product range includes a wide selection of food and beverages, including fresh and frozen products, meats and sausages, dairy products, seafood, confectionery, baked goods, beverages, spices, preserves, and more. In addition, products and services from the fields of food processing, packaging, storage, refrigeration, and transport will also be presented. It plays an important role in promoting innovation and growth in the food and beverage industry in Uzbekistan and the wider region.
