WEPACK Thailand is an international B2B trade fair for the packaging industry, open exclusively to trade visitors. Held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, it serves as a sourcing and business platform for the packaging sector in Thailand and across the ASEAN region.

The event is organised by RX BITEC, which has more than 40 years of experience in staging B2B trade fairs throughout the ASEAN region. It also builds on the established WEPACK concept in China, which has brought together companies from across the packaging industry for more than 20 years. WEPACK Thailand brings this proven trade fair and sourcing concept to Southeast Asia, adding an important regional hub to the wider WEPACK platform.

The exhibition focuses on machinery, materials and production technologies for modern packaging solutions. Key areas include the manufacture and converting of corrugated board, folding cartons, paper bags, rigid boxes, labels and flexible packaging, as well as fibre- and paper-based solutions such as moulded pulp and honeycomb products. The portfolio also includes packaging and processing machinery, including filling equipment, form-fill-seal systems, blister packaging machines, sealing and cartoning equipment, wrapping systems and labelling machinery. Other areas of focus include digital printing, pre-press and post-press technologies, coding and marking systems, screen printing and coating technologies. Automation, efficient production processes, sustainable materials and resource-efficient packaging concepts also play an important role.

Exhibitors include machinery and equipment manufacturers, suppliers of packaging and printing technology, producers of paper, board and other packaging materials, and companies specialising in moulded pulp, labels, flexible packaging, automation and converting. This gives trade visitors the opportunity to compare production equipment, materials and technical solutions for different stages of the packaging manufacturing process in one place, while establishing direct contact with international manufacturers and suppliers.

The event takes place at the modern Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok’s Bang Na district. The venue is easily accessible from both central Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi International Airport. One of the most convenient ways to reach BITEC is by BTS Skytrain. From Bang Na station (E13), Exit 1, a covered skywalk provides direct access to BITEC’s Welcome Hall. Suvarnabhumi Airport is approximately 15 kilometres away, while the venue also benefits from convenient road access via Sukhumvit Road, Debaratna Road and Bangkok’s expressway network.
