The Vienna International Art & Antiques Fair (WIKAM) is held annually in spring in the heart of Vienna. It specializes in the presentation of museum-quality masterpieces, classic antiques, as well as modern and contemporary art. The fair is organized by the Association of Austrian Antiques and Art Dealers, which has over four decades of experience in staging such events. The long tradition and trust between organizers, art dealers, and customers form the foundation for WIKAM's success.
The fair attracts art experts from Austria, Germany, and Italy, presenting a diverse program of interest to both museums and private collectors. A high level of quality and a balanced mix of antiques, modern, and contemporary art are ensured by a jury operating according to international standards.
A highlight of WIKAM is its venue: the Palais Ferstel in Vienna's 1st district, known for its historical and architectural significance, valuable Baroque frescoes, and elegant architecture, providing an appropriate setting for the treasures of art. The nearby, world-famous Café Central further enhances the fair experience.
The fair offers a wide range of exhibits, including Asian art, Gothic sculptures, antique clocks, carpets, furniture, and jewelry from the Baroque to Art Deco periods, as well as contemporary artworks by internationally renowned artists. Special exhibitions expand the offering, allowing visitors to engage in-depth with specific topics and unique collections.
WIKAM has established itself as a leading art fair in Austria, impressing with its successful concept, high-quality exhibits, and unique atmosphere. It provides an excellent opportunity to discover and acquire art from antiquity to the modern era, surrounded by the special ambiance of one of Vienna's most historic parts.
The WIKAM in Vienna took place from Saturday, 08. March to Sunday, 16. March 2025.
