At the WineAachen, national and international wine enthusiasts gather in the Aula Carolina. The Aula Carolina is a protected historic building located at the southern end of Pontstraße in the center of Aachen. This former monastery church is used for both school assemblies and public cultural events. At this unique wine exhibition, winemakers, vineyards, and wine cooperatives present their finest and latest wine creations, inviting visitors to a tasting. Attendees of the fair have the opportunity to gain comprehensive information about selected wines of the vintage and to speak personally with the producers. The WineAachen is a wine vernissage for wine lovers and connoisseurs, where wines from the Moselle, Saar, Ruwer, Nahe, as well as from Franconia, Rheinhessen, Palatinate, Baden, Württemberg, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Australia, South Africa, and Chile are presented. It offers independent winemakers, family vineyards, distillers, and wine cooperatives the opportunity to showcase their latest products and recommendations. The organizer of this exquisite wine fair in Aachen is weberMESSE GmbH in Bonn, which also organizes additional wine fairs in other cities in Germany as spring and autumn editions.
The WineAachen take place annually, and therefore presumably in March 2025 in Aachen.
