drinktec Munich

Drinktec in Munich is the world's leading exhibition for the beverage and liquid food industry, and thus the world's most important event of this industry. The success story of this fair began in 1951 as "Deutsche Brauerei Ausstellung", which was called later Interbrau and then drinktec-interbrau and since 2005 has the name drinktec. It connects manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world, such as market and industry leaders as well as regional and medium-sized companies, with producers and dealers for drinks and liquid food. Within the sector drinktec is regarded as a platform for product introductions and innovations. The exhibiting companies will be presenting technologies and system solutions for the entire process chain from raw materials and manufacturing, filling and packaging to distribution. Beverage marketing and packaging design round off this industry showcase. As an information and communication platform, it is a meeting place for companies large and small, regionally and globally and provides knowledge at the highest professional level. Drinktec takes place every 4 years and is open to both trade visitors as well as to the general public.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 5 days of the fair, from 11. September to 15. September 2017, about 877 exhibitors from 76 countries and 76000 visitors from 170 countries on the drinktec in Munich.
