Since its inception in 2008, the fair has been organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development—a nationwide organizer specializing in career and study guidance, known for its commitment to quality and personalized advice.
At the heart of the event are one-on-one conversations between students and representatives from training companies, universities, and various institutions. This targeted format has proven successful, with over 80 events held across Germany.
The venue is Halle 45 in Mainz, a former locomotive factory transformed into a modern event center. With its industrial charm, central location, excellent transport connections, and ample parking, it provides ideal conditions for both exhibitors and visitors.
The fair’s focus is clearly on career orientation.
