In the weeks leading up to the event, participating students are guided by the IfT team during school lessons to prepare for their visit. Based on their personal interests, they receive tailored appointments with exhibitors—well in advance and precisely 14 days before the fair. These pre-arranged, individual conversations between students and exhibitors are the fair’s distinguishing feature, offering a depth of guidance rarely found at conventional career fairs.
