At trade fairs and conferences, brochure stands are an important tool for attractively presenting a company’s information material as they encourage visitors to pick up a brochure. As brochures and flyers are mostly selected by the guests themselves, a brochure stand’s position at a fair booth should be easily accessible and clearly visible. During other major events it is recommended to put them up at a place where visitors are standing around anyway – such as queues, food courts or similar locations. Free-standing brochure holders are more flexible and are even available in a revolving version. In contrast, brochure walls are more durable and have a higher capacity but they also need more space. It makes sense to design the brochure holders in the company colours und apply the logo. It is also very customer friendly to arrange the brochures thematically and, if necessary, even provide a colour coding system for an extensive range of information material.
