Rauch&Glut in Freiburg im Breisgau is an annual public fair which was founded in 2020 by Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG. Their focus is on a diverse selection of grills, equipment, and accessories; grilled food from regional butchers; outdoor kitchens; sauces, and spices; as well as drinks, craft beer, and more. There is also a start-up and manufacturing area where creative, young companies can present their products and innovations. The fair is rounded off by an extensive supporting program with grill and BBQ workshops, grill shows and lectures, grill competitions, cigar seminars, and rum tastings. The main focuses of the barbeque fair are grills and smokers, garden furniture, grilled goods, spices, sauces, and marinades, living and lifestyle, as well as gastronomy and catering.
The Rauch&Glut takes place annually, and therefore for the fourth time previsibly in March 2025 in Freiburg im Breisgau.
