Agro Sourcing Expo Nadarzyn

The Agro Sourcing Expo is an international B2B trade fair specialising in agricultural inputs, agricultural trade and distribution solutions for crop production. It brings together manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, buyers and industry professionals to showcase new products, explore new markets and establish business relationships. Open exclusively to trade visitors, the event provides a platform for direct engagement between producers and companies involved in the sourcing, market introduction and distribution of agricultural inputs.

The event takes place at PTAK Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, Poland, and is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo Sp. z o. o., a company specialising in international trade fairs, industry conferences and business networking events. Its proximity to the Polish capital makes the Agro Sourcing Expo a convenient meeting point for businesses looking to expand their presence in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). For international manufacturers in particular, the event offers opportunities to connect with regional distribution partners and gain a better understanding of the Polish agricultural market.

The exhibition covers seeds and planting material, fertilisers, plant nutrition, biostimulants, biological plant health products, and chemical and biological crop protection solutions. It also features soil analysis and diagnostic services, advanced agronomic technologies and services supporting agricultural production. Other areas include private-label products, contract manufacturing, procurement, logistics and agricultural trade. The trade fair therefore encompasses key stages of the agricultural input value chain, from product development and manufacturing through to marketing and distribution.

Exhibitors include companies operating in the seed, fertiliser, crop protection, agrochemical, biotechnology and agricultural technology sectors. Laboratory and diagnostic service providers, manufacturers of biological crop enhancement products, and specialist logistics and contract manufacturing companies are also represented. The event is aimed primarily at importers, distributors, wholesalers, procurement managers and representatives of agricultural trading companies. It gives trade visitors the opportunity to identify new suppliers, broaden their product ranges, keep abreast of market developments and explore potential trading partnerships.

An important part of the event programme is the accompanying Agro Sourcing Forum, an industry conference addressing the latest developments in seeds, fertilisers, biostimulants and crop protection, alongside challenges relating to procurement, distribution and market access. Other topics include private-label strategies, regulatory requirements and sales opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe. Expert presentations and panel discussions enable participants to exchange industry knowledge, assess market developments and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

The venue, PTAK Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, is one of Poland's leading exhibition centres and is situated south-west of Warsaw. It is easily accessible by car via the S8 expressway, while its proximity to Warsaw Chopin Airport makes it convenient for international visitors. Combining a specialist trade exhibition with an industry conference and targeted B2B networking, the Agro Sourcing Expo provides agricultural businesses with a platform to establish new commercial partnerships, expand their distribution networks and strengthen their market position in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe.

The first edition and therefore the premiere of the Agro Sourcing Expo takes place on 3 days from Tue., 24.11.2026 to Thur., 26.11.2026 in Nadarzyn.
