Aux Vignobles! Nantes
28. - 30. November 2025 | Gourmet fair for French wines, gourmet foods, organic products and sustainable agriculture | regional Fair
The trade fair Aux Vignobles!, whose name evokes a symbolic invitation to the vineyards of France, is much more than a traditional wine exhibition. It serves as a vibrant showcase of French lifestyle and regional diversity – a platform that brings together wine and gastronomy, craftsmanship and passion, tradition and innovation in a uniquely enjoyable way. Each autumn, it opens its doors at the Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire in Nantes – a modern exhibition center with excellent transport connections and optimal conditions for both exhibitors and visitors.
Organized by GL Events Exhibitions Opérations, based in Brest, Aux Vignobles! is part of a series of regional trade and public events held throughout northwestern France. Its aim is to foster a close connection between producers and consumers. The name speaks for itself: the fair invites attendees to explore the full richness of France’s wine-producing regions and engage directly with the people who, with expertise and dedication, create wine and culinary specialties.
The event’s thematic focus is clear, relevant, and practical: it centers on wine, gastronomy, organic farming, and wine tourism. Visitors are taken on a sensory journey through both renowned and lesser-known wine regions of France – with the opportunity not only to sample fine wines but also to purchase them directly from the winemakers. The offering is further enhanced by a curated selection of gourmet delicacies – from artisanal cheeses, chocolates, and cured meats to teas, spices, and other specialties of French cuisine.
Special emphasis is placed on organically produced goods, highlighted through a dedicated themed trail called the "Parcours BIO." This guided route offers orientation for those specifically interested in sustainably and responsibly produced foods.
Another forward-looking focus is the topic of environmental and quality certifications – particularly the “HVE – Haute Valeur Environnementale” label, awarded to farms that meet high environmental standards. This certification reflects the growing importance of sustainable agriculture and resource-conscious production – issues that are increasingly relevant not only for industry professionals but also for the wider public.
Wine tourism also plays a key role at the fair: exhibitors present experiences, travel options, and immersive activities related to wine production – from visits to historic wineries to culinary routes through France’s gourmet regions.
Exhibitors primarily come from the fields of viticulture, fine foods, agricultural production, and tourism. The audience includes both professionals – such as sommeliers, restaurateurs, and retailers – as well as private visitors with a passion for quality products, expert advice, and fair pricing. Aux Vignobles! creates a space for exchange, tasting, and direct purchasing – without intermediaries, directly from producer to connoisseur.
With its clear positioning as a discovery fair for premium regional products, Aux Vignobles! sets itself apart from standardized food or tourism events. It offers a unique platform for conscious enjoyment, sustainable consumption, and authentic encounters – an experience that makes France’s deeply rooted wine and culinary culture truly tangible.
The Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire in Nantes – a city known for culture, innovation, and quality of life – provides the ideal setting for the event. Easily accessible by public transport or car, the venue ensures a pleasant and seamless experience for all attendees.
For anyone wishing to experience the culinary soul of France in concentrated form, a visit to this autumn fair is a must on the seasonal event calendar.
