In Acqualagna, a small, quaint Italian town in the region of Marche, the regional white truffle fair takes place every year in October. On the Piazza Enrico Mattei of the town, which is one of the most important centres of the white truffle, several market stalls offer the white delicacy. Truffle specialities such as truffle salami, truffle cheese, truffle sauces, etc. are also available at the stands. Truffle dishes are offered at the surrounding restaurants.
