Food Industry Minsk

The "Food Industry" is an international trade fair held annually, established as a key platform for food production, processing, and marketing. It is exclusively open to industry professionals and ranks among the most important events in the sector in Belarus. The event is organized by MinskExpo JSC, an experienced trade fair organizer specializing in agricultural and food industry exhibitions. Its portfolio also includes the Belarusian Agroindustrial Week, within which the "Food Industry" fair plays a central role.

The event takes place at the Minsk International Exhibition Centre, inaugurated in 2025, located in the northern part of the Belarusian capital. This modern venue offers excellent infrastructure for both national and international exhibitors and visitors. The fair stands out for its thematic focus on the entire food industry supply chain – from production and storage to sales and distribution.
